Beachcombing is one of the areas favorite past times. Visitors and locals of all ages love to go for a hike on the beach to explore the tidepools, collect sea shells, watch the sea birds and sea lions or just relax and admire the beautiful scenery that The Sea Ranch is blessed with.

KAYAKING/CANOING & BICYCLING
Kayaking and canoing on the Gualala River has become one of the areas more popular activities and offers locals and visitors alike a chance to see the surroundings from a very different perspective. Sea Kayaking is available to experienced boaters.
| Local rentals are available through Adventure Rents offering single and double kayaks as well as canos. Full day trips are available as well as shorter trips down the river. |

The Sea Ranch Golf Course is a very popular attraction to those who love the game. The Sea Ranch Golf Course is located right off of Highway one on the northern side of The Sea Ranch near the ocean. The Sea Ranch Golf Course has recently finished the last nine holes to make it a complete eighteen. Come and try your game at The Sea Ranch Golf Links!

TOURING SHOPS, GALLERIES & WINERIES
| The Sea Ranch and surrounding commmunities offer an array of interesting and unique shops, galleries, and restaurants. Hours may be spent touring the ecclectic artwork, photography and clothing boutiques from Salt Point to Mendocino.
Local Annapolis Winery offers daily tours and tastings and the Sonoma and Mendocino wineries, located approximately an hour from The Sea Ranch, are known as some of the finest in the world. |
